Yupi Yap Yap Clinic

We are Yupi Yap Yap Clinic, based over at B-2/16 in Vasant Vihar. The name is a bit unusual, we know, but it’s stuck with us since we started. We share the same general location as some other offices in this block. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s not as loud as the commercial hubs in Delhi. Our space is pretty simple. We have a front desk where we keep the files and a couple of rooms in the back for seeing people. We see a mix of folks, some kids and some adults. Most of our day is spent answering questions about minor illnesses or giving out advice on how to manage a nagging cough. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We try to keep things relaxed so people don't feel nervous when they come in. The chairs in the waiting room are a bit mismatched, but they are comfortable enough for a short wait. We don't really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign while they are out walking. Sometimes we run a bit behind schedule if a consultation takes longer than we thought it would. That’s just the way it goes sometimes. We’re just a small clinic trying to stay useful to the people in Vasant Vihar. We don’t have any fancy bells or whistles, just a quiet place to get checked out and feel better.
