Our place is set up in Chandrika Bhawan, which is House 50A/1452 on Parvatidevi Path. If you know New Chitragupta Nagar, you know it can be a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now, focusing on the export and import side of things. It is not a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it is more of a local setup where we spend our mornings answering emails and our afternoons tracking where the containers are. The name Yolalita Exim sounds a bit formal, but we are quite informal people. We usually have the door open to catch a breeze, though that mostly just lets in the street noise. The neighbors know us as the people who are always dealing with logistics. Work keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and there is always a pile of documents on the desk that needs attention. We started this because we knew a few people in the trade and it just grew from there. It is not a very complicated story. We deal with various goods, making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or a shipment gets stuck at the port, and we just have to sit and wait like everyone else. It is just a regular small business trying to do its part in the neighborhood.
