You can find us over at Rz66/333 on Street Number 10 in West Sagarpur. It’s a busy part of town, nestled between Manglapuri and Madanpuri. Yohima Associates is where we spend most of our days working on different engineering and architectural projects. We’re not the type of place with a shiny lobby or people in suits. We are just regular people who know how to design buildings and handle the engineering side of things. Most of our work comes from people nearby who are adding a floor to their house or starting something new. The streets around here can be a bit tight, but we’ve been in this spot for long enough to call it home. We handle the paperwork, the drawings, and all those technical details that come with construction. Sometimes things get busy and the phones don't stop ringing, but we try to give everyone the time they need. We use simple tools and our experience to figure out the best way to build. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. If you are in the 110046 zip code, you’ve probably walked past our door at some point. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful. There isn't a lot of mystery to it; we just draw up what's needed and make sure the math works out so the building stays up.
