We are situated in the Dda Market in J B Lock, Vikas Puri. Our units are 75, 76, and 77, which gives us enough room to manage our pharmaceutical stock and the administrative work. Being in a local market means there’s always something going on outside, from people shopping to the sounds of scooters and cars. Our space is filled with boxes and shelves of medical supplies. It’s not a very decorative office; it’s built for function and keeping things organized. Most of our day is spent handling paperwork, checking expiry dates, and coordinating with the distributors who take our products to various pharmacies. We have a small group of staff who have worked together for a long time, so we have a good rhythm. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a large delivery arrives and we have to find space in the market for the truck to unload. We don't really do any big advertising campaigns. Most people in the local pharma trade just know us because we’ve been in the J B Lock area for a while. We start the day by going through the orders that came in overnight and trying to get them out the door as quickly as possible. It is a lot of routine work, but it is important to keep everything accurate. We don't use much corporate lingo; we just try to be reliable and get the medicines where they need to go.
