Winsome Laboratories Ltd

Our place is in Phase-I of the Naraina Industrial Area, specifically at B-257. If you’ve ever tried to find parking around here, you know it’s a bit of a challenge. Winsome Laboratories has been part of this neighborhood for years. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and people moving about. Inside our building, things are a lot more controlled. We have our lab setups and the storage areas. It’s not the most modern building in Delhi, but it serves its purpose. We spend our time testing things and writing down results in big ledgers or on the computer. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Delhi heat, but we make do. There’s a certain rhythm to the work here that everyone understands. We aren’t really interested in the big corporate world or having a fancy glass office. We prefer being here in the middle of the industrial hub where things are actually being made. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a minute. It’s a plain, hardworking environment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to get done before the day ends. You get used to the sounds of the industrial area after a while, like the constant rumble of the nearby rail line or the shouting of the loaders. It’s a place that never really stops moving.
