Our office is at 48A in Hauz Khas, which is an interesting part of Delhi to be in. You have the park and the old ruins nearby, but our street is more of a mix of residential and small business spots. It’s a bit of a walk from the metro, but it’s a nice enough path if the weather isn't too hot. The building itself is straightforward, nothing that really stands out from the neighbors. Inside, we have our workspace set up for the biotech side of things. It’s a lot of paperwork, coordination, and phone calls. We aren’t a giant corporate headquarters; it feels more like a small, tight-knit group of people who have been working together for a while. Usually, the day starts with clearing out emails and checking the schedule for the week. We don't have a lot of formal ceremonies or big announcements. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. There are some good places to grab a quick bite nearby, which is handy when we’re staying late to finish a project. The area stays pretty active until late, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We like the location because it’s central, even if the parking can be a total nightmare sometimes. It’s a practical place for us to base our operations and stay connected with the industry.
