Nova Integrated Systems Ltd. is based in Thapar House. We are in the Western Wing on 124 Janpath. Being in the middle of New Delhi means it's always busy outside. Janpath is a famous spot, so people find us okay. The office is in an older building with high ceilings. We do technical integration work. It sounds complicated but it’s just about making different systems work together. We have some long-serving staff here. The commute is a bit of a trek for some of us, but we like being central. We don't have a lot of wall decorations. Mostly just calendars and some charts. We spend a lot of time on our computers or in meetings. It’s not a flashy lifestyle. We go to the local spots for lunch. Delhi winters are nice, but the summers are tough in this part of town. We keep the fans going. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the job right and go home to our families. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times it’s peaceful. We take it as it comes. It's a solid place to work. No one wears suits unless there's a specific reason. We just wear what's comfortable and get on with it. It works for us and keeps us busy.
