The shop is right on the main road here in Maharani Bagh, at 144-A. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling phone repairs or helping people figure out their mobile plans. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a few months. There are usually a few boxes stacked in the corner that we haven’t gotten around to moving yet. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to make things work. Sometimes a customer comes in just to ask a quick question about a charger, and that’s fine. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment of accessories arrives. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything. Just some sturdy counters and stools that have seen better days. Usually, someone is making tea in the back around four o’clock. It’s just how we run things here. We don't really do much advertising because people just see the sign when they're walking by. If the power goes out, we just wait it out like everyone else on this block. It’s not a complicated operation, just a place where we do what needs doing with the tech stuff people bring in. It's mostly just regular days of fixing things and talking to the neighbors who stop by. We keep the door open mostly, even when it's dusty and loud.
