Delcon Capacitors Private Limited is located over at 35 Dsidc Complex in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. It is a typical industrial building in a part of Delhi that has been around for ages. We share the complex with a lot of other small factories and workshops. Our place is basically where we manufacture and store the capacitors. It is not a fancy office building with a glass front; it is a practical workspace meant for production. You will find machines running and people checking components most of the day. The Wazirpur area can get pretty congested, especially during the morning rush, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We do not really go in for fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and make sure the batches are ready for shipping. The office part is just a couple of desks tucked away in a corner where we handle the invoices and calls. It is dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how it goes in a Dsidc complex. We have been at this same address for years and it suits what we do. Our neighbors are mostly other industrial folks, so there is a sense of being in it together. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and keeping the machines in good shape to avoid any unnecessary downtime.
