Warrior Controls Pvt. Ltd. is located right here in Janak Puri at B-1/221, and if you walked past, you might not even realize what we do inside. The office is usually cluttered with wires, circuit boards, and various tools we use for putting together control panels. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of projects going on at the same time. We’ve been at this for a while, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes scribbled in marker. The workbench is where most of the action happens, and it’s rarely clean because there’s always something being soldered or tested. We use a lot of different components, and sometimes it takes a bit of digging through the bins to find the exact switch or relay we need. It’s not the quietest place since there’s always someone talking or the sound of a drill going. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going, especially when we’re trying to finish a tricky wiring job. The air feels a bit heavy when the soldering irons have been on all morning. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby, just a metal door and a lot of work to get through every day. It’s a practical kind of place where we focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized as much as we can. Making sure things are wired up correctly takes time and patience.
