VIVO SOLUTIONS

Our office is tucked away in Taimoor Nagar, specifically at 98B in Nambardaar Estate. We are up on the fourth floor, so we get plenty of exercise since the lift can be a bit temperamental sometimes. Being in the New Friends Colony area is okay, though the estate itself feels a bit separate from the main residential bits. Vivo Solutions is basically where we handle various technical tasks and service requests. It’s a lot of computer work and answering phone calls throughout the day. The room is filled with desks, some old files that we really should sort through, and usually a few coffee mugs that need washing. We aren't trying to be a big corporate hub. It’s just a place where we work. Some mornings are quiet, just the sound of typing, and then it gets busy in the afternoons when everyone starts calling at once. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we know the other tenants who work on the lower floors. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us, but the view of the surrounding rooftops from the window is actually decent. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you come in, you’ll probably just see us working at our stations or talking over a problem. We just focus on getting through the daily list of things to do. It’s a simple setup for a small team.
