Our shop is tucked away in Vishwas Park Extension at B 32. It’s a quiet enough area most mornings before the sun really gets high in the sky. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now and it feels like a second home to us. It’s not a huge place, just a standard shop layout where we keep our stuff stacked against the back walls. We spend most of the day answering calls or sorting through whatever inventory came in that morning. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a struggle finding the right turn in the extension because the signs aren't great, but they usually get here eventually. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone wearing suits. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We try to keep the inventory stacked as neatly as we can, though it gets a bit messy during the busy weeks when we don't have a second to breathe. The light in the back of the shop is a bit dim and flickers sometimes, but we know where everything is by heart. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We handle whatever comes our way during the day without much fuss. Most of the time it’s just the usual routine of checking lists and packing boxes. If a customer walks in, we just talk to them normally. No scripts or corporate talk. We just want to finish the tasks and head home.
