Raju Electricals

Raju Electricals is located right in the middle of Gali No. 2 in Vishnu Garden. If you know the West Block area, you probably know where we are. It’s a small shop, but we keep it packed with all sorts of wires, switches, bulbs, and basic tools. My family has been around this neighborhood for a long time, so we know most of the faces that walk through the door. People come in when a fan stops working or they need a new tube light for their kitchen. We try to keep the basic stuff that everyone needs at home. It’s a bit crowded in here because there’s so much stock, but I usually know exactly where everything is kept. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific type of screw or a certain gauge of wire, but we get there eventually. It’s not a big showroom with bright lights and glass displays. It’s just a regular shop where neighbors come to chat while they wait for their change. We do some repair work too, mostly small things people bring in that just need a quick fix. The street outside is always busy with cycles and people walking by. On rainy days, the lane gets a bit muddy, but business goes on as usual. We don’t have a website or any of those modern things. If someone needs something, they just walk in or give us a call on the landline. It’s a simple way of working. I’ve seen kids who used to come in with their dads now coming in to buy stuff for their own houses.
