Nav Bharti Constructions

We run Nav Bharti Constructions from a space in Vishnu Garden. We are on the upper first floor, K-6 Ff, right near Mangal Bazar. Being near the bazar means it’s always crowded and noisy outside our windows. It’s a very busy part of the neighborhood. Our office is fairly simple. We have some desks, a lot of blueprints rolled up in corners, and samples of materials like tiles and bricks lying around. It’s not the quietest place to work because of all the traffic and people downstairs. We spend a lot of our time out at different job sites, so the office is mostly a place to meet up and plan things out. We aren't really into the corporate look. The paint on the walls is a bit old and the furniture has seen better days. But it works for us. We’ve been doing this for a long time. People from the area stop by to ask about small projects or just to say hello. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been in Vishnu Garden for years and people know who we are. It’s a local operation through and through. We deal with the usual headaches of construction like weather and permits, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s hard work but we are used to it and wouldn't change it.
