Vipan & Company

Vipan & Company has been operating out of 12-13, Model Basti for quite some time now. If you know the area near Rani Jhansi Marg, you know it stays pretty busy most of the day. We are just a small group of people working here. It is not a shiny office with fancy chairs or anything like that. Mostly, it is just us handling the day-to-day tasks. We don't really do much in the way of big advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It gets a bit crowded inside sometimes with all the paperwork and everything else we keep around. But that is just how it goes in a place like this. We show up in the morning, get the work done, and go home. Rani Jhansi Marg can be a real headache with the traffic, especially in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. The building is old but it works for what we need. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just us. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Some days are slower than others. We like it that way. No stress, just steady work. If you happen to be walking past Model Basti, you’ll probably see us there. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot.
