If you walk down Street Number 5 in North Block, West Vinod Nagar, you’ll find our place at A-290. We are pretty close to Laxmi Nagar, which is always packed with people and cars. Our work is mostly about stopping leaks and keeping water out of places it shouldn't be. It’s messy work sometimes. We have drums of sealant and rolls of materials sitting around the shop floor. The walls have some stains from where we were testing stuff. It isn’t a showroom; it’s more of a workspace where we figure things out. People come in complaining about damp ceilings or wet basements. We listen to them and try to figure out which product will actually hold up. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a long time, so we know how the houses are built around here and why they leak. It’s usually just a few of us handling the orders and answering the door. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest goes to see who it is. We spend our days dealing with chemicals and heavy rolls of plastic. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood. We just try to provide what works for the local weather and the old building structures.
