Dr. Vinay Walia’s clinic is located at FC/3 in the DDA Shopping Center in Munirka. If you know the Munirka area, you know these shopping centers are the heart of the neighborhood. They aren't like the big malls; they are more like a collection of small shops and offices where people do their daily errands. Our clinic is tucked in there among the other local businesses. It’s a small place, but it’s been here a long time. People living in the DDA flats nearby often just walk over when they need a consultation. The shopping center can be quite busy with people buying groceries or getting things fixed. It makes the clinic feel very much part of the local community. Inside, we have a small desk and a few chairs for people to wait. It’s a very typical neighborhood doctor's office. We don’t have a big reception team or anything like that. It’s just about coming in, seeing the doctor, and getting your prescription or advice. The atmosphere is very casual and neighborly. Sometimes we have to wait for the power or deal with the usual issues that come with older DDA buildings, but we make it work. It’s a reliable spot for the people of Munirka who have been coming to see Dr. Walia for years. It’s just a plain and simple clinic.
