We are located in the basement of A-81 in Malviya Nagar, right near the Arya Samaj Mandir. It is a pretty easy landmark to find if you are coming from the main market. Being in a basement has its quirks, like the occasional damp smell when it rains really hard, but it’s our space and we like it. We have a bunch of workstations set up and a lot of storage for all the samples we collect. It’s not a very large area, so things can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We usually have some incense burning because of the Mandir nearby, which gives the place a calm feeling. Most days are spent hunched over desks or talking about different layouts. We don't really have a formal dress code or anything like that; we just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. Lunch usually comes from one of the local dhabas nearby, and we all eat together at the main table. The lighting is mostly artificial since we don’t have many windows, but we’ve put up enough lights to keep it from feeling gloomy. It’s a very grounded, practical environment. We focus on the tasks we have in front of us and try to keep the atmosphere light. It’s a good little corner of Malviya Nagar to call home for our small team. We just keep things moving along.
