Vijay Hospital is located over in Kapashera. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of different types of people and businesses all squeezed together. Our place is tucked into the neighborhood and we’ve become a bit of a staple for the folks who live and work around here. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular brick and mortar structure that does the job. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have a few benches for people to wait on and a simple reception desk. The staff here are just regular people who live nearby. We don’t use any big corporate talk or try to sound more important than we are. Usually, the day is filled with a lot of small tasks like filing papers, cleaning the rooms, and talking to the people who stop by. Kapashera can be a bit chaotic at times, but we try to keep our small space as orderly as possible. It’s not always perfect and sometimes we run behind schedule, but we do our best. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just rely on being here every day and doing the work. People in Kapashera know they can just walk in and talk to us. It’s a very straightforward way of running things and we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s just a part of the daily life around here.
