VICTORY CUSTOMS

You can find VICTORY CUSTOMS at 1c-91 in Namdhari Colony, right in the middle of the Kirti Nagar area. This part of the city is very well known for furniture and trading, so there is always something moving on the streets outside our door. Our place is basically a hub for handling customs paperwork and logistics. It is not the most exciting place to look at, honestly. It is just an office filled with folders, rubber stamps, and computer screens that always seem to have too many windows open. We spend a huge portion of our time on the phone with various government offices or checking on the status of shipments down at the port. It involves a lot of waiting around and then suddenly a lot of rushing to meet a deadline. The office itself is quite small. We have some old wooden desks and a very noisy printer that really needs to be replaced one of these days. We have been in Kirti Nagar for a long time, so we know most of the other shop owners on our block. We do not have any big mission statements or corporate values hanging on the walls. We just try to get the clearances done so our clients can finally get their goods delivered. Sometimes the regulations change overnight and we have to spend hours figuring out the new forms. It is just a regular job for us.
