We are located in the middle of the hustle at Plot No.1833/49 on Street No.51 in Naiwala. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how these streets can be. It is packed with shops and people looking for all sorts of vehicle parts. Our spot is just one of many, but we’ve carved out our own little space here. The shelves are loaded with components, mostly for two-wheelers and cars. It’s a bit of a maze inside with boxes stacked high in the corners. We spend our days answering questions and pulling parts from the back. It’s rarely quiet, as there is always someone shouting a price or a delivery bike trying to squeeze through the lane. We don’t bother with fancy displays. People come here because they know we likely have that one specific part they’ve been searching for. The air usually smells like rubber and engine oil. We’ve worked in these narrow streets for years and have seen plenty of faces come and go. It’s a tough environment but there’s a good sense of community among the shop owners. We grab lunch from the local vendors and keep working until late. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s what we know best. We take things as they come and try to keep our customers satisfied with what they find on our shelves. Dealing with the crowd is just part of the daily life for us here in this market.
