We are based out of B-86 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1. This is a big area and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the block numbers. Our building is a solid structure that has been here for years. We work on component systems, which means a lot of small parts and technical drawings. The main floor is full of workbenches and bins filled with various pieces. It is a bit loud with the sound of assembly work going on. We have a small office area where the phones are always busy with people checking on their parts. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and technical charts. It is a place where we actually make and move things. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the peak of summer, so we keep the big doors open. We have a routine that we follow every day from morning until the gates close at six. We aren't into big corporate talk. We just focus on the pieces we are putting together and making sure the counts are right before they go out. It is a practical environment where everyone knows their job. We take our tea breaks together outside when the weather is nice. It is a long day but we get it done and come back to do it again tomorrow.
