Nehru Place is a crazy place to work, but that’s where we are. Vexillum Praxi (Opc) Private Limited is in the basement of B-1/66. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know it’s the center of everything tech and business in South Delhi. It’s crowded, the parking is a nightmare, and there’s always someone trying to sell you something or fix your laptop. Our basement spot is a bit of a refuge from all that madness outside. It’s not a large office. Since it’s a basement, we don’t get much natural light, so we have plenty of lamps to keep the place bright and cheerful. We’re surrounded by other businesses, mostly computer shops and service centers. You can hear the hum of the city through the walls. We chose this spot because it puts us right in the thick of things. It’s easy to meet people when everyone is already coming to Nehru Place for something or other. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, a few chairs, and our computers. We don’t go in for fancy branding or expensive carpets. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the grid is overloaded, but we just take a break and wait it out. It’s all part of the experience of being in one of Delhi’s busiest hubs. We’re just here doing our job in the middle of it all.
