Venus Logistics

We are based out of a flat in Dwarka, specifically Pocket 2, Sector 1. It’s an SFS flat, number 192. It might seem a bit unusual to have a logistics office in a residential block, but it works for us. We spend most of our time on the phone or tracking where the drivers are across New Delhi. The space is small, mostly filled with files and a couple of computers. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a massive warehouse attached to the office, so we spend a lot of time coordinating between different points in the city. Dwarka is a good spot for us, easy enough to get to the main roads. We started this because we knew how the local delivery system worked and thought we could just do it ourselves. There are no polished brochures here. We just take orders and get things moved from point A to point B. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes things take twice as long, and we have to explain that to people. It’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the daily list of jobs without too much trouble. It's just a small operation run by a few people who know the city well and keep things simple.
