Ventura Lighting Limited

Ventura Lighting Limited is located at C-33 in East of Kailash. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, though parking can be a real struggle if you arrive after ten in the morning. Our building is a standard residential-style conversion, so it doesn't look like a big factory or a corporate tower. Inside, we have lights of all shapes and sizes hanging from the ceilings and sitting on the shelves. It’s quite bright in here, as you might expect. We don't have a lot of formal rules about what to wear or how to talk to people. We just show up, handle the orders for the day, and talk to customers about what kind of bulbs or fixtures they need. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit jumbled, so we spend our Saturdays tidying up the back room. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a small group of people who know a fair bit about lighting. Usually, we have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, mostly. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to get the right lights to the right people without making any mistakes. It’s a simple way to spend the day, and we’re happy with how things are going here in East of Kailash.
