Varuna Roadlines

Varuna Roadlines is based out of House No.71 in the J Extension of Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92. Laxmi Nagar is a very packed area, and the J Extension is no different at all. It is full of shops, coaching centers, and homes all piled on top of each other in every direction. Our office at House No.71 is right in the middle of all that energy. It is a small place, nothing too fancy at all. We have our desks crammed in there and the walls are covered with calendars and maps to help with the routes. Working in East Delhi like this means you are always in the middle of a crowd. We spend our days coordinating transport and talking to people on the phone. The noise from the street is constant with horns and people shouting, but it becomes like background music after you have been here a few weeks. We do not have a big reception area or a lobby for visitors. If you walk in the door, you are basically right in the workspace with us. It is an honest way to run a business. We have been at this Laxmi Nagar spot for a good while, so we know the local chai wallahs and the other business owners nearby quite well. Dealing with logistics in Delhi-92 requires a lot of patience because of the narrow lanes and the traffic jams that happen every single day.
