We've been here at 51/3 Iri Colaney for a while now. Roorkee is a quiet place mostly, but the Haridwar road gets busy in the mornings. At Varroc Eng Pvt Ltd, we just handle our daily work. It’s a standard setup. People come in, do their shifts, and go home. The office isn't anything fancy at all. Sometimes the rain in Uttranchal makes the commute a bit of a mess, but we manage anyway. We deal with engineering stuff, mostly parts and technical bits that keep things moving. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the machines are okay. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. Local folks know where we are if they need to drop something off. The building is easy to find once you're in the colony. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for a few years so we know the routine. Coffee breaks are usually the highlight of the afternoon when things slow down. It’s just honest work, really. Nothing too complicated to explain. We keep the floor clean and try to stay organized, though some days are more chaotic than others when a big order comes through. You just get used to the pace after a while, I suppose. That's pretty much how it goes for us in Roorkee. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the lights on and doing the jobs we are supposed to do.
