We operate out of Wz-487 in the MS Block area of Hari Nagar. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the streets and how they twist around. We do a mix of things, mostly helping people out with various services they need for their homes or small offices. It’s a family-run setup for the most part. The office is on the ground floor and it’s usually piled up with paperwork and old files that we haven't sorted through yet. We don’t have fancy furniture or a reception desk. Usually, someone is just sitting there at an old wooden table with a laptop and a phone. Hari Nagar is a crowded place, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We tell people to just park at the main road and walk in. We’ve been here for a few years now. We know most of the people on this block by name. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait for the guy to come fix the wires outside, which happens more often than we'd like during the monsoon season. We just try to get things done without too much fuss or drama. People come to us because we’re nearby and we don't charge like those big agencies in the city. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping out where we can. It works for us.
