We've been operating out of the Tf Flatted Factory Complex in Jhandewalan for a bit now. Our spot is Flat No. 53 over in Block C. If you know this part of Central Delhi, you know it gets pretty busy around here with all the small industries and the movement. We handle valuations, mostly looking at assets and making sure the numbers line up right. It’s a lot of desk work, honestly. We spend most of our mornings going through documents and then maybe someone drops by to talk about a piece of property or some equipment they need looked at. The factory complex has a specific kind of energy, you hear the noise from other units, and there’s always someone moving crates in the hallways. Jhandewalan is a landmarks kind of place, right near the big statue and all that. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a practical space where we can sit down and get the math done. Sometimes the lift in the block is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We've got a small team here. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s mostly about being thorough. People come to us when they need a clear idea of what something is worth. We don't do much in the way of big presentations. It's usually just us, some calculators, and the files piled up on the desks. We stay busy with the local market needs and the occasional out-of-town request.
