We are located at Ug-8 in Ashoka Palace. Karol Bagh is always busy during the day, especially along East Park Road. Since our office is on the upper ground floor, we don’t have to wait for the lift while moving boxes around. For a long time now, we’ve been making medical supplies in this spot. It isn't a fancy setup with glass walls or modern decor. It’s mostly just desks, a few machines, and a lot of stock piled up in the corners. We spend most of our time just keeping track of orders and making sure the manufacturing side is running okay. Sometimes the machines act up or the raw materials don’t arrive on time because of the Delhi traffic, but we just deal with it. The people working here have been around for years, so we all know how things work. We don't really do much in the way of big meetings. We just talk over tea in the morning and get to work. It gets a bit loud outside with all the cars and the market noise, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on getting the medical gear out to the hospitals and shops that need it. It’s a lot of checking lists and packing things into cartons. We aren't trying to do anything flashy, just keeping the business going day by day in this crowded part of town.
