Our factory isn't much to look at from the outside, just a big industrial space with heavy doors. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of manufacturing. We’ve got our machines set up and we run them most of the day to keep up with what we need to make. It gets pretty loud and dusty, which is just how an industrial area is. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that because we are focused on the making part of the business. The staff here knows their way around the equipment, and we spend a lot of time fixing things when they break. It’s a practical environment. We have a small office space tucked away where we handle the orders and the bills, but most of the action happens on the floor. Phase II is always crowded, so just getting to work can be a task some days. We’ve been in Naraina for a long time now and we've seen a lot of businesses come and go.
