Aakhya Enterprises

Aakhya Enterprises is located on the second floor at A-2/5 on Hastsal Road in Uttam Nagar. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us, and it can be a struggle when we have to carry inventory up and down. The road outside is always loud and full of traffic, so being on the second floor actually helps us get a bit of peace while we work. We have a couple of rooms where we manage all the business tasks. We do not have any big, bright signs or a lobby for people to wait in. Usually, people just come straight back to the office area to talk to us. Most of our time is taken up by phone calls and writing down orders in our books. We do not use any complicated software to run the business; we find that a pen and paper work just fine for what we do. It is a small operation, which means we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. If there is an issue with a delivery, you end up talking to the same person who took your order in the first place. Sometimes the rain makes the road downstairs a muddy mess, which slows everything down, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't.
