Suman Handloom House

We've been here in Uttam Nagar for quite some time now. The shop is right near the Sanatan Dharam Mandir on Arya Samaj Road. It's easy to find if you know the area. We mostly deal with handloom items, things for the house like curtains or bedsheets. People come in looking for something specific, and we try to help them find it. It gets busy on weekends because of the temple nearby. The space isn't huge, but we keep a lot of stock piled up. Some days it's just me here, other days my cousin helps out. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. The traffic on Arya Samaj Road is getting worse, honestly. But we like it here. We open up early most mornings. If you're walking past H-2, you'll see the sign. We don't really do much online, just face-to-face. It’s a straightforward business. We buy things from suppliers and put them on the shelves for the local folks. Sometimes the lights flicker when it rains. That's just how the building is. We have stuff for different budgets, nothing too fancy. Just normal things people need for their homes. Most of our regulars live just a few streets away. They drop by for a chat even if they aren't buying anything today. That's just how it goes in this part of town. We stay open until the market quietens down.
