Rautela Industries is based at S 156 on the Matiala Road in Bindapur. Most people find us by looking for Shanti Nursing Home, which is just a stone's throw away. Being in Uttam Nagar means there’s never a quiet moment. Between the traffic on the main road and the people heading to the nursing home, there’s always something happening outside our door. Inside, it’s a bit different. We have our machines and our workspace set up to handle the industrial side of things. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. We’re not the type of place with a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, maybe with a bit of grease or dust on our hands. That’s just the nature of the work we do here. We’ve been in Bindapur for a long time and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow and get more crowded. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because we try to fit a lot of equipment into the area we have. We keep a cooler in the corner for water because it gets really hot in the summer months. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the production and making sure the machines don’t break down at the wrong time. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. The rhythm of the machines is what we know.
