We’re located at A-103 in Uttam Nagar West. It's just a normal-looking shop in a busy part of the city. We’ve been operating from here for quite a while, focusing on medical supplies that people need for their homes or small clinics. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. Most days involve checking our stock and making sure we haven't run out of the basics. We get all sorts of people coming through the door, some looking for something specific they can't find elsewhere and others just needing a refill on their usual supplies. It’s a bit of a maze in the back with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. Uttam Nagar is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a counter and some shelves. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and trying to get things delivered on time, which is always a challenge with the traffic around here. We’re just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and writing out invoices by hand sometimes, but it’s what we know. The fans in the shop hum all day, and it's become a sound we don't even notice anymore.
