Out here in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, the atmosphere is all about industry. Our address is F-90/5, and you can’t miss the sounds of the factories and trucks moving around us. Uttam Air Products Pvt. Ltd. is right in the thick of it. We deal with gases and air products, so there’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving cylinders around. The office part is mostly just a few desks where we handle the billing and the schedules. It’s often hot in the warehouse, especially during the summer months, but that’s just the nature of the job. We wear sturdy shoes and don't worry too much about getting a bit of grease on our hands. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve been in Okhla for a long time, and we know many of the other business owners on this block. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just make sure the deliveries go out on time and the equipment stays in good shape. People come to us because they know we’re here and we’ve got the stock. It’s a lot of early mornings and late finishes. We don’t really do missions; we just do the work that’s right in front of us. It’s a noisy, busy place, but it’s where we belong. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in.
