We operate out of Rohini in New Delhi, which is a pretty crowded spot but it suits us just fine. Being in this part of the city means we are always around a lot of activity. We handle things that go across borders, but inside the office, it feels like any other local business. There are stacks of files on the desks and the phone rings more than we’d like. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but people find us eventually. We don’t have those polished speeches about what we do. Basically, we just handle the shipping details and the customs papers so things don't get stuck. Most of our days are spent checking emails and talking to folks at the ports or the airport. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, to be honest. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when a big shipment is due, but we usually figure it out. We aren't a giant company with thousands of employees; we are just a group of people working in North Delhi trying to keep things organized. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. It is a simple life and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just keep the wheels turning day by day and hope the internet stays connected.
