You can find us over in Dev Nagar, which is part of the Karol Bagh area in Delhi. Our address is D 13/12, and it’s a busy little corner of the city. Karol Bagh is known for being crowded and full of markets, so there is always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and samples because we have a lot going on at once. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls or shiny carpets. It’s more of a real workspace where people are actually doing things. We have a few desks squeezed in and there is always someone on the phone talking to a supplier or a customer. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a nightmare, but we are used to it by now. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we all know how the local area works. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure things are moving along like they should. In the summer, the heat in this part of Delhi can be really tough, but we keep the fans going and keep working. It is a very grounded place to work, right in the heart of a traditional Delhi neighborhood. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy branding, we just stick to our routine.
