Our place, Urbann Smart Living Pvt. Ltd., is at H-229 in Jeewan Niketan, which is part of the Lic Colony in Paschim Vihar. It’s more of a residential setting than an industrial one, which makes it a bit quieter for us to work. We focus on smart living tech, so we’re often surrounded by gadgets, sensors, and different types of wiring. The office is basically a modified house space, which gives it a more relaxed feel than a corporate building. Paschim Vihar is a nice area, and being in the Lic Colony means we have a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who stop by to ask about home automation. We don’t have a big showroom; it’s mostly just us testing out devices and figuring out how to make them work together in a home. The shelves are usually full of boxes from different suppliers. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or on-site at people's houses. It’s not a very formal environment here. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the tech to behave. Sometimes we spend hours just trying to get one sensor to talk to another. It’s a lot of trial and error. Jeewan Niketan is a friendly spot, and we’ve become part of the local scenery over the years. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business and we try to keep things practical for everyone.
