Ups Jet Air Express

We are over at Rz/D-87 in Jankipuri, which is part of the larger Uttam Nagar area in New Delhi. Our office is a bit of a hub for express air shipments. It is usually a very fast-paced environment because everything we handle is supposed to be urgent. People are always checking their watches and looking at the clock on the wall. We have several phone lines and they seem to be busy most of the day. The office itself is quite plain, just some sturdy tables and a few computers that have been around for years. We don't have any fancy coffee machines, just a local guy who brings tea in small glasses. Jankipuri is a crowded place, so getting in and out with shipments can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have to be very careful with the labels and the timing. If a flight is missed, it's a big problem for everyone. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. We just take things and send them by air. It is a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is legal and ready to go. The team here is small but we know the business well. We aren't part of some giant polished corporate machine. We are just a local office trying to keep up with the demand for fast shipping.
