Upchaar

Upchaar is our small setup over at A-95 in Ashok Vihar Phase-2. It’s a residential-style area so it feels more like a community than a cold business district. We have been here for some time now and most of our neighbors know us. We focus on health-related products and getting them to people who need them. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some shelves, a few desks, and a lot of boxes. We like the quiet of Ashok Vihar compared to the chaos of the main markets. It allows us to focus on the details of our orders. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. Sometimes we have a lot of walk-ins from the local neighborhood and other times we are just packing boxes for delivery. We try to keep things simple. If we have the item, we sell it. If we don’t, we try to find it for the customer. Sentence lengths here vary because sometimes we have a lot to say and other times it’s just a quick check. We don't use any corporate talk here. It’s just honest work in a nice part of North Delhi. People seem to appreciate that we are local and easy to talk to. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss or drama. It works for us.
