Out in Okhla Phase II, things are always a bit loud and fast-paced. Universal Industrial Plants Manufacturing Co. (P) Ltd. is located at A-104/2, and it’s a typical industrial setup. The building has that lived-in look that you only get from years of actually making things. Inside, there is the constant hum of machinery and the sound of people moving heavy parts around the floor. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or quiet hallways. Instead, we have concrete floors, heavy metal doors, and a lot of grease and tools scattered where they are needed. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so they know the routine without having to say much. The summer months in Okhla can get really hot, especially inside the plant, but we keep the big fans going and just get on with the day’s production. We spend a lot of time checking the drawings and making sure the parts are coming out the way they should. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the end of the shift, everyone is ready to head home. Parking around here is a nightmare, so we usually see a lot of bikes crowded near the entrance. It’s a basic, hard-working environment where we focus on the manufacturing side of things. There isn't much time for anything else, just keeping the machines running and the orders moving through the gates every day.
