We’ve got our setup over in Shakarpur, in the ABC Complex at S-214. It’s right there in the Veer Savarkar Block. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s packed with offices and shops. Our company, Uniglobal Expres Sevices, handles courier and parcel stuff. People bring things in, or we go get them, and then we make sure they get sent out fast. The office is usually full of boxes and envelopes waiting to be sorted. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the stuff piled up. We don't have a fancy reception area; you just walk in and we help you out. We’ve been in Shakarpur long enough to know the shortcuts and how to beat the traffic most days. It’s a fast-paced environment because everything is meant to be quick, but we try not to let it get too stressful. We are just a group of workers who understand how important it is for a letter or a package to arrive on time. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just tell you how much it costs and when it’ll get there. It’s straightforward work. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days we’re just quietly labeling things. Either way, we just keep the wheels turning and get the mail moving to where it needs to go across the city or country. It is all part of the daily grind.
