We’re located at A-114 in Sanjay Gram, which is a busy little pocket of Gurgaon. Unifreight India Pvt Ltd is our company, but to most of the folks around here, we’re just the guys in the corner building. Our office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of maps on the wall. We handle freight and shipping, which means a lot of our time is spent talking to truck drivers and warehouse managers. Gurgaon is always changing, with new buildings going up everywhere, but Sanjay Gram has stayed mostly the same since we moved in. It’s a bit of a dusty area with a lot of movement, but it suits what we do. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just do our jobs and go home. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know we’re honest about how long things take. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. If a shipment is stuck, we say it’s stuck and try to fix it. It’s a straightforward way of working. We enjoy being in this part of town because it’s close to the main transport routes but still feels like a neighborhood.
