Our place is tucked away in Vishaka Enclave over in Pitampura. If you’re looking for Eu53D, it’s easier to find if you know the Utteri area well. We handle auto parts and different things for vehicles here. It’s a bit of a tight space sometimes with all the boxes stacked up, but we know where everything is. The shop isn't very large. It’s mostly just a few of us making sure customers get what they need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the shelves. Pitampura is always crowded, so there’s a lot of noise from the street coming in. We’ve been here for a while. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big showroom. Most of our day is spent looking through catalogs or helping someone find a specific part that’s hard to get. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle with the parking around the enclave, but we manage. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t do much advertising; people just know we are here. The floor is concrete and we have these old metal racks that have been here since the start. It’s just a normal workplace. We drink a lot of tea while working through the orders. It’s simple, and we like it that way. We just keep the doors open and do the work as it comes in. There's no corporate handbook here, just a list of things that need to get finished before we go home for the evening.
