Our place is C-16-A in Kalkaji. Ultra Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a small operation compared to some of the giants out there. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years, so we’ve seen the shops around us change quite a bit. The office is basically just a few rooms with desks and a lot of equipment. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle tech stuff. Some mornings the internet is slow and we all complain about it over tea. We have a small backyard area where we store some of the bigger crates. It's not very pretty, but it serves the purpose. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. Most of the walls are still the same color they were when we moved in. We have a lot of regular customers who just drop in without calling first. We like that. It feels more like a local shop than a big company. Sometimes we have lunch delivered from the place down the street. It’s a simple life here in Kalkaji. We work hard during the day and try to get home before the traffic gets too crazy. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
