The office is tucked away in H-56, Udyog Nagar. If you’ve ever driven down Rohtak Road in New Delhi, you know how the traffic can get. It’s a heavy industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machines or trucks loading and unloading nearby. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Delhi-110041 for a long time. The building is a bit old, and the stairs are steep, but it serves its purpose. We have a small team here at Microtek International Pvt. Ltd. Most of us take the metro or ride bikes to get in. In the summer, the heat in Udyog Nagar is pretty intense, so we keep the fans going all day. We aren't the type of place with a big reception desk or a fancy waiting room. Usually, you’ll just find someone at a desk covered in papers or checking on shipments. It’s a busy environment. We eat our lunch together in the back room mostly. Rohtak Road is always dusty, so we are constantly cleaning the windows. It’s just the reality of working in an industrial zone like this. We don’t try to act bigger than we are. We just handle the business and try to get things out on time. The neighbors are other workshops and small factories, so we all know each other. It feels like a real community of people just trying to work hard. There is always a lot to do, so the days go by pretty fast for everyone.
