Working at Ucms & Gtb Hospital in Dilshad Garden keeps us on our feet. It is a large place and there is always something going on. We have a lot of staff members, from doctors to the folks who keep the floors clean. It’s a team effort, even if it feels chaotic some days. We don’t use any polished language to talk about ourselves. We are just a hospital. People come in, we do what we can, and they go home. The parking lot is usually full and the entrance stays busy. That’s just life at this address. We’ve become a landmark in this part of town. It’s a lot of work, but we just keep going. Every day is different and we just handle things as they happen. It gets loud sometimes but that is normal.
