Our office for Turner Logistics India Pvt. Ltd is located at K-3/198 in Mohan Garden, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area in New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people and small shops everywhere you look. We work out of this space to manage various logistics tasks for our clients. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular building in a regular street. We handle things like transport coordination and inventory tracking. The rooms are usually filled with files and some samples of what we’re moving. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. The roads around Mohan Garden can be tight, so getting trucks in and out takes some planning. We’ve had to learn the best times of day to move things so we don’t get stuck in the local congestion for hours. It’s a practical way of working. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. If someone has goods that need to get to a warehouse or a store, we help organize that part of the process. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking the computer to see where a driver is currently located. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve gotten to know the other business owners on the block. It’s just how things go for us here in Uttam Nagar.
