Tulfamaz Autolight

Tulfamaz Autolight is tucked away in Chabi Ganj, which is part of the big Kashmere Gate market. Our address is 763/6, and it’s a place where we handle all kinds of automotive lighting. The shop is quite old and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s where we do our business. We have rows and rows of headlamps, tail lights, and bulbs for almost every car you see on the road. It’s a very specialized thing, but in a place like Kashmere Gate, you have to have a niche. The street outside is narrow and usually crowded with delivery bikes and people carrying heavy loads. It’s not the easiest place to reach if you’re driving a big car, but that’s just how this part of Delhi is. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy logo on everything. We just know which lights fit which cars and we try to keep enough stock so people don't have to wait. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk to the other shopkeepers, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. It’s a real, working-class business.
